Capstone: a bank migration program

A threat and timeline briefing, a protocol and system impact matrix, a discovery playbook, a three-horizon roadmap, a 20-slide executive deck, a 45-minute technical deep dive, and a scoped, phased statement of work: seven capstone artifacts.

Deliverable: seven artifacts, assembled from what earlier modules contributed. Each module already states, in its projectContribution field, what concrete piece it adds to this capstone; this project brings those pieces together into one consistent package.

The seven artifacts and their source modules: (1) threat and timeline briefing (M1, M11), (2) protocol and system impact matrix (M7 to M10), (3) discovery playbook (M12), (4) three-horizon roadmap (M13), (5) 20-slide executive deck (M15 lesson building-the-presentation), (6) 45-minute technical deep dive (same lesson), (7) scoped and phased SoW (M15 lesson sow-scoping-and-pricing).

Rubric and workspace

Every number carries a provenance badge; none is UNSOURCED

The impact matrix is the corrected version: the BIS ratio is shown as DERIVED (see M8) and there is no CAPEX contradiction (see M13)

The SoW contains a realistic effort estimate and pricing, not a magic number

The executive deck is framed to survive a 5-minute Q&A, with no unsourced claim on any slide

The technical deep dive pre-empts at least 3 follow-up questions a hostile architect would ask
