This replaces the invented CAPEX figures in our early research notes (see the cost model lesson). Instead of one "true" number, it produces a range from bank parameters you enter and assumptions you can edit. Every output is ESTIMATED, because that is what it is.

For comparison, our early notes gave three contradictory CAPEX ranges (EUR 1.2-2.5M, 2.05-3.9M and 2-4M), none with stated assumptions. This tool carries the same uncertainty, with the assumptions in view.
